With Raintree Team Member Rewards you earn points on your work anniversary, when you’re mentioned by name in a positive review, when you win Team Member or “department” of the month, and can even earn points just for being noticed as a great Team Member by your supervisor. You will still be able to earn points as you have been with the regular “member rewards” program as well.
